o Lead and manage the IT infrastructure (with support from Management and Vendors). o Documentation and establishment of IT policies, procedures and standards in conjunction with management to ensure a secure and legal compliance in computing system environment. o Manage all outsourced relationships and contractual service level agreements. o Manage IT Security and business continuity. o Provide IT support to all business units in the organization. o Coordinate with system vendors and internal clients in areas of internet connection, IT security, software/hardware purchase & its warranty and the deployment of system applications. o Adhere to company policies in the purchasing and using of IT equipments & assets and IT outsourcing services. o Support branches in managing IT Infrastructure. o Budget and track all IT expenses with monthly reporting to Regional IT. Desired Profile o Working experience in managing IT operations or departments. Hands-on experience in designing, building and maintaining network infrastructure with WAN/LAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN and remote access service features and virtualization,. o Excellent analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Strong project management and priority management skills.
