Kiran Sagarkar is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, product development and research in strategy development. Kiran has more than 20 years of experience in developing decision-making software. He studied engineering and worked for 13 months in a software startup before starting Reliable Software.
Sugreem Vishwakarma - Head Customer Care
Sugreem Vishwakarma is responsible for new customer training, trouble shooting and maintaining high availability of the service.
Sugreem has previously managed teams doing in bound processes for international customers.
