This indicator has three moving averages. The movement of this indicator has been compared to the behaviour of an alligator. The alligator sleeps when the three lines inter-twine with each other and is active when there is clear demarcation in lines’ positions. The trader can plan entry and exit points based on the alligator’s behaviour
Interpretation
The trader should not enter a new trade when the alligator is sleeping (inter-twined lines); an exit strategy can be planned for this point
